摘要 轧机振动过大可引发一系列产品质量、设备零部件损坏的问题,轧机振动机理及减振技术的系统性研究大部分集中在薄板连轧机领域,业内对宽厚板大型可逆式轧机减振技术研究的关注度较低。湘钢从工艺控制的角度出发,以实用为原则,针对宽厚板轧机减振采取了一系列措施,并取得良好的应用效果。 The excessive vibration of rolling mill likely causes a series of problems in the product quality,equipment parts and components damage,the systematic researches on the rolling mill vibration mechanism and vibration reduction technology are mostly concentrated in the field of thin plate tandem rolling mills,and the industry pays less attention to the research on the vibration reduction technology of wide and heavy plate reversible rolling mills.From the point of view on process control,Xianggang has introduced some applicable measures for the vibration reduction of wide and heavy plate rolling mill on the basis of practicality principle,which obtains good results of application.
