摘要
针对用户对FH36级别钢板提出的特殊要求,从炼钢和轧钢两个方面进行工艺优化。在冶炼过程中添加Nb、Ni合金元素,增强合金元素的固溶强化作用,提高钢水纯净度,减轻钢坯中心偏析;在轧制过程中增加中间坯厚度,保证钢板心部的变形渗透效果,改善钢板整体低温冲击韧性。经过两轮试制,成功开发出高质量钢板,符合头部、尾部板宽1/2和1/4处厚度1/2、1/4位置试样冲击功单值≥100 J的用户特殊要求。
For the customer's special requirements on FH36 steel plate,steelmaking and rolling processes are optimized.During steelmaking,solid solution strengthening function of alloy elements is enhanced by adding Nb and Ni alloy,central segregation of slab is reduced by improving molten steel cleanliness.During rolling,the deformation penetration effect at the plate center is ensured and the low temperature impact toughness of entire plate is improved by increasing the thickness of transfer bar.After two rounds of rolling tests,quality steel plate is successfully produced,which satisfies the requirement on the single impact energy value≥100 J of impact specimens from 1/2 and 1/4 plate thickness position of 1/2,1/4 plate width location at plate head and tail.
