摘要
为满足用户需求,江阴兴澄特种钢铁有限公司对AISI4140合金结构钢厚板进行研发。根据钢种的特点,明确了化学成分和夹杂物控制要求,并严格控制连铸、轧钢和热处理等工艺环节,成功地以450 mm厚度连铸坯成材的方式生产出AISI4140合金结构钢厚板。产品夹杂物和有害元素少,组织均匀,各项性能良好,探伤满足GB/T 2970-2016标准Ⅰ级要求。
In order to meet the needs of the clients, Xingcheng Special Steel developes AISI4140 alloy structural steel plates with large thickness.According to the characteristics of the steel grade, AISI4140 alloy structural steel plate with large thickness is successfully produced from 450 mm thickness continuous casting slab by determining the control requirements of chemical composition and inclusion, stringently controlling the process procedures of continuous casting, rolling and heat treatment.The products contain fewer inclusions and harmful elements with homogeneous microstructure and good mechanical properties of all items, the flaw detection results satisfy the Class Ⅰ requirement of the standard GB/T 2970-2016.
