芍药甘草汤加味治疗在中风后小脑性共济失调患者中的应用价值

The application value of the Shaoyao Gancao decoction in the treatment of cerebellar ataxia after stroke

目的:探究针对中风后小脑性共济失调患者应用芍药甘草汤加味的效果。方法:50例中风后小脑性共济失调患者,依据治疗方法的不同分组。对照组实施常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上应用芍药甘草汤加味治疗,对比不同方案应用效果。结果:经12周治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,对比有差异性(P<0.05)。治疗后3周和10周后观察组患者生活能力评分均大于对照组,组间对比有差异性(P<0.05)。治疗后12周观察组国际合作共济失调量表(International Coporative Ataxia Rating Scale,ICARS)小于对照组;Berg平衡量表(Berg Balance Scale,BBS)大于对照组,组间对比有差异性(P<0.05)。结论:中风后小脑性共济失调患者治疗中,常规药物治疗基础上结合病情给予芍药甘草汤加味可进一步提升治疗效果,促进相关症状的改善,有助于提高患者康复质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of the Shaoyao Gancao decoction(芍药甘草汤)for post-stroke patients with cerebellar ataxia.Methods:50 patients with post-stroke cerebellar ataxia were divided into different groups according to different treatment methods.The control group was given conventional drug treatment,and the observation group was given the Shaoyao Gancao decoction on this basis,and the effects of different regimens were compared.Results:After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and there was a difference(P<0.05).After 3 weeks and 10 weeks of treatment,the living ability scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and there were differences between the groups(P<0.05).12 weeks after treatment,the ICARS in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;the BBS in the observation group was greater than that in the control group,and there were differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with cerebellar ataxia after stroke,adding the Shaoyao Gancao decoction with the disease condition on the basis of conventional treatment can further improve the therapeutic effect,promote the improvement of related symptoms,and help improve the quality of rehabilitation of patients.
