苓桂术甘汤加减治疗慢性心力衰竭的有效性分析

Effectiveness analysis of Linggui Zhugan decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure

目的:探讨分析苓桂术甘汤加减治疗慢性心力衰竭的有效性。方法:从2019年9月-2020年8月间菏泽市牡丹区精神病医院接收慢性心力衰竭患者中选取80例患者的相关资料进行本研究,依据治疗方案的不同分组,对照组西医治疗,研究组苓桂术甘汤加减治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效、心功能水平及脑钠肽水平。结果:研究组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);经干预,研究组左心室收缩末期内径(Left Ventricular End Systolic Dimension,LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内径(Left Ventricular End diastolic Dimension,LVEDD)及N端脑钠肽激素原(N-terminal Natrirtetic Peotide,NT-proBNP)水平均低于对照组,左心室射血分数(Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction,LVEF)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性心力衰竭患者应用苓桂术甘汤加减治疗,利于临床疗效的提升,更能改善患者心功能水平,降低NT-proBNP水平,效果良好值得借鉴。

Objective:To explore and analyze the effectiveness of Linggui Zhugan decoction(苓桂术甘汤)in treating chronic heart failure.Methods:Related data of 80 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to Mental Hospital of Mudan District,Heze from September 2019 to August 2020 were selected for this study.They were grouped according to different treatment plans,the control group was treated with western medicine,and the study group was treated with Linggui Zhugan decoction.Clinical efficacy,cardiac function and brain natreuretic peptide levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of left ventricular end systolic dimension(LVESD),left ventricular end diastolic dimension(LVEDD)and n-terminal natrirtetic peotide(NT-probNP)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the level of LVEF in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Linggui Zhugan decoction treatment is conducive to the improvement of clinical efficacy on chronic heart failure patients,it can improve the level of cardiac function of patients,reduce the level of NT-probNP.The effect is good and worthy of reference.
