郑氏温通针法治疗肾虚髓亏型膝骨性关节炎理论浅析

郑氏“温通针法”是由“西北针王”郑魁山先生在数十年临床实践中以家传手法结合传统手法所创立的针刺手法。此手法以“温”为基础,达到“通”和“补”的目的,功能温阳补虚、舒筋通脉、活络止痛。对因虚而结或者实邪结聚而导致的疾病具有独特的疗效。文章将郑氏对膝骨性关节炎(Knee Osteoarthritis,KOA)病因病机的认识、并阐释温通针法治疗肾虚髓亏型膝骨性关节炎的理论基础、选穴原则以及郑氏手法临证医者素养的要求等方面来概述郑氏“温通针法”对肾虚髓亏型膝骨性关节炎的独特的治疗作用,使其更加广泛地运用于临床治疗。

ZHENG’s“Warm needling method”was established by The“Northwest needle king”Mr.ZHENG Kuishan in decades of clinical practice by combining the traditional needling technique with the family’s traditional needling technique.This technique is based on“warming”to achieve the purpose of“thoroughfare”and“tonifying”,which functions to warm Yang to fill deficiency,relax the tendons,activate collaterals and relieve pain.It has a unique curative effect on diseases caused by deficiency or accumulation of solid evil.This article expounds ZHENG’s understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of knee osteoarthritis and elucidates the theoretical basis of ZHENG’s“Warm needling method”in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with kidney deficiency and marrow deficiency,the principle of point selection and the requirements of ZHENG’s technique for the accomplishment of clinical doctors are also explained.This paper summarizes the unique therapeutic effect of ZHENG’s“Warm needling method”on knee osteoarthritis with kidney deficiency and marrow deficiency,and makes it more widely used in clinical treatment.
