摘要
《金匮要略》中桂枝芍药知母汤方对于类风湿性关节炎的中医治疗具有极大的指导意义,文章结合周全副教授应用桂枝芍药知母汤治疗类风湿性关节炎的经验,探讨类风湿性关节炎的病因病机,分析桂枝芍药知母汤方药的组成,功用及疗效,说明其在临床运用中的理论基础,并附典型病案予以验证。
Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction(桂枝芍药知母汤)originated from Synopsis of Golden Chamber has great guiding significance for TCM treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.This paper discusses the etiology and pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis,analyzes the composition,function and efficacy of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction,and explains its theoretical basis in the clinical application.Finally,typical medical cases are attached for verification.
