摘要
痛风是临床较为常见的代谢性疾病之一,通过国内外学者的共同努力,其发病机制的研究取得了众多的新认识和新突破。痛风患者体内尿酸盐通过激活NOD样受体家族3(Nucleotide-binding Oligomerization Domain,Leucine-rich Repeat and Pyrin domain-containing 3,NLRP3)炎性体,进而释放白细胞介素-1β(Interleukin-1 Beta,IL-1β)、IL-18等炎性因子,从而诱导痛风炎症反应的发生,但具体的激活机制仍未完全明了,有待进一步深入研究。文章就痛风炎症反应中NLRP3炎性体的激活机制做一概述。
Gout is one of the most common metabolic diseases in clinic.Through the joint efforts of domestic and foreign scholars,many new understandings and breakthroughs have been made in the study of its pathogenesis.In gout patients,urate activates NLRP3 inflammasome and releases interleukin-1β,interleukin-18 and other inflammatory factors,thus inducing gout inflammatory response.However,the specific activation mechanism is still not fully understood and needs further research.In this paper,the activation mechanism of NLRP3 inflammasome in gout inflammatory response is summarized.
