桑菊饮合止咳散加减联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染疗效研究

Effect of Sangju drink plus Zhike powder and azithromycin on mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children

目的:探讨桑菊饮合止咳散加减联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染的疗效。方法:将2020年1月-2020年12月在滕州市中心人民医院中医儿科治疗的70例小儿肺炎支原体感染患儿随机分为两组,对照组使用阿奇霉素治疗,在此基础上,观察组使用桑菊饮合止咳散加减治疗,对比两组的临床疗效、中医证候积分变化、炎性因子水平变化。结果:观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后咳嗽、咳痰、气喘等中医证候积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后C-反应蛋白(C-reactive Protein,CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)、干扰素-γ(Interferon-γ,IFN-γ)水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:桑菊饮合止咳散加减联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染疗效显著,能有效缓解证候,抑制机体炎症反应,提升整体治疗效果。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of Sangju drink(桑菊饮)and Zhike powder(止咳散)plus or minus combined with azithromycin in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods:Seventy children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection treated in the Pediatrics Department of our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with azithromycin.On this basis,the observation group was treated with SangJuyin plus Zhike powder addition and subtraction treatment,the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome integral changes,and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher in the control group(P<0.05),the scores of TCM syndromes such as cough,sputum and asthma after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).c-reactive protein(CRP)tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Sangjuyin and Zhike powder plus or minus combined with azithromycin has a significant effect on the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection,which can effectively relieve the syndrome,inhibit the body’s inflammatory response,and improve the overall therapeutic effect.
