ECP单轴受压本构关系及数值模拟

摘要 ECP(Extruded cement panels)全称为真空挤出成型纤维增强水泥板材,是采用真空挤出成型技术制备的一种纤维增强水泥墙板材料,适用于我国装配式建筑外墙板及内隔墙板。为了后续研究中能更好地分析其抗震性能,研究了ECP单轴受压本构关系。通过开展单轴抗压试验,获得了其在单轴受压下的应力-应变曲线,拟合了适用于ECP材料的单轴受压本构关系,拟合曲线与试验曲线吻合度较高。此外,为了使该本构关系较好地适用于ABAQUS,在试验数据基础上,参考混凝土损伤塑性模型(CDP,concrete damage plasticity),引入损伤,并对损伤因子进行了计算推导,再利用数值模拟与试验相结合的方法验证其可行性,结果表明该模型计算较为精确。 ECP(Extruded Cement Panels)is a fiber reinforced cement panel prepared by vacuum extrusion technology,which is suitable for external and internal wall panels of prefabricated buildings in China.In order to better analyze its seismic performance in the subsequent research,ECP uniaxial compression constitutive relation is studied.Through the uniaxial compression test,the stress-strain curve under uniaxial compression is obtained,and the constitutive relation for ECP material under uniaxial compression is fitted,and the fitted curve is in good agreement with the test curve.In addition,in order to make this constitutive relation better applicable to ABAQUS,on the basis of the test data,the damage factor is introduced,calculated and deduced in the CDP(Concrete Damage Plasticity),verifying its feasibility by combining numerical simulation with experiment.The results show that the model calculation is accurate.
