Treating Lung Cancer in Females by Treating Lung from Liver

从肝治肺是根据肝肺之间的生理病理相关性,通过调治肝脏来达到治疗肺病的方法。从肝治肺治法的实现离不开肝肺与气血运行的相关性。女性肺癌的病因病机与肝肺两脏息息相关,故可从肝治肺。基于气血运行与肝肺生理病理相关性,论述女性肺癌的病因病机及从肝治肺治疗女性肺癌的理论与临床实践,为女性肺癌的临床治疗提供新的思路。

Treating lung from liver is a method to treat lung disease by regulating the liver according to the physiological and pathological correlation between liver and lung. The realization of “treating lung from liver” depends on the correlation between liver and lung and the circulation of qi and blood. Disease cause and mechanism of lung cancer in females are closely related to the liver and lung. Therefore,the theory of“treating lung from liver” can be used to treat lung cancer in females. Based on the correlation between the circulation of qi and blood and the physiology and pathology of liver and lung,in this paper the disease cause and mechanism of lung cancer in females and the theory and clinical practice of treating lung from liver were discussed,so as to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of lung cancer in females.
