摘要
通过对背越式跳高技术难点“助跑与起跳技术的有机结合”的相关因素和教学中存在的问题分析,优化设计了突破技术难点的教学手段。(1)建立助跑与起跳相结合技术的动力定型;(2)利用定向手段诱导和强化助跑与起跳相结合技术,并在教学实践中取得了良好的效果。
Based on the analysis of the related factors and problems existing in the“combination of run-up and take-off technologies”,the paper optimized the teaching means to break through the technical difficulties of Fosbury flop.Establishing the dynamic shaping of the combination of run-up and take-off technologies,and to inducing and strengthening the combination of run-up and take-off technologies with directional means,have achieved good results in teaching practice.
