肌肉加压训练环境下的表面肌电信号特征研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探索加压力量训练中适宜的加压强度和负重负荷。方法:选取16名男性大学生作为受试者,先进行深蹲1RM测试,再测定不同压力结合不同负荷下受试者深蹲练习中的表面肌电信号变化差异;结果:不同加压强度对所测肌肉均方根振幅无显著性影响(P>0.05),负重负荷则对所测肌肉均方根振幅有非常显著性影响(P<0.01),不同加压强度和负重负荷对股直肌肌电活动的交互作用有显著性影响(P<0.05),其余肌肉肌电活动的交互作用均无显著性影响(P>0.05);动作形式对股直肌均方根振幅有显著性影响(P<0.05),对股外侧肌和股内侧肌有非常显著性影响(P<0.01);250mmHg~300mmHg之间的压力范围更有利于提高下肢肌群的激活程度。结论:不同加压强度结合不同负重负荷的刺激对下肢肌肉激活效果是不同的,250mmHg~300mmHg结合75%1RM的刺激更有利于提升下肢肌肉激活程度,产生更佳训练效果。 The paper aims to explore the appropriate compression intensity and weight load in the compression strength training.Method:16 male college students were selected as the subjects,and the squat 1RM test was performed first,and then the differences of the surface EMG signal changes of the subjects in the squat exercises after different pressures combined with different loads were measured.Results:Different compression intensity has no significant effect on the measured muscle mean-square-root amplitude(P>0.05),and heavy load has a very significant effect on the measured muscle mean-square-root amplitude(P<0.01).There is a significant impact on the interaction of the rectus femoris muscle activity with Different compression intensity heavy load(P<0.05),and the interaction of the other muscles’EMG activity has no significant effect(P>0.05);the action form has a significant effect on the mean-square-root amplitude of the rectus femoris muscle(P<0.05),and has a very significant effect on the vastus lateralis muscle and vastus medial muscle(P<0.01);the pressure range between 250mmHg~300mmHg is more conducive to improving the activation of lower limb muscles.It is concluded that:different compression intensity combined with different weight load stimulation has different effects on lower limb muscle activation.250mmHg~300mmHg combined with 75%1RM stimulation is more conducive to improving lower limb muscle activation and producing better training effects.
