摘要 随着工业的发展,环境污染问题越来越严重,人们的健康受到威胁。为了解决这一问题,医药领域的研究不断深入,各种新型制药技术的研发有效推动了我国制药工程的发展。在众多制药技术中,制药分离技术是重中之重。由于现在许多药物都是口服且含有一些非水溶性成分,企业在制药过程中利用何种分离技术将水溶性和非水溶性成分分离是一大考验,各制药企业要慎重选择。介绍制药工程中常用的制药分离技术,帮助各制药企业选择更合适的分离技术进行药物研发。 With the development of industry,the problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious,and people’s health is threatened.In order to solve this problem,the research in the pharmaceutical field has been deepened,and the research and development of various new pharmaceutical technologies has effectively promoted the development of pharmaceutical engineering in China.Among many pharmaceutical technologies,pharmaceutical separation technology is the top priority.Since many drugs are now taken orally and contain some non-water-soluble components,the separation technology used by enterprises to separate water-soluble and non-water-soluble components in the pharmaceutical process is a big test,and pharmaceutical enterprises should choose carefully.Introducing the pharmaceutical separation technology commonly used in pharmaceutical engineering is helpful for pharmaceutical enterprises to choose more appropriate separation technology for drug research and development.
