Thoughts on the establishment of comprehensive service platform for biopharmaceutical industry in Shandong Province based on field investigation

立足山东省生物医药产业发展现状,通过实地调研提出建设生物医药综合服务平台的趋势和需求。通过分析现有服务机构的共性问题和探查产、学、研环节的创新发展需求和瓶颈,对组建模式、体系建设、人才引进培育和发展等方面提出构想,为创新服务生态圈建设提供思路。

Based on the current situation of the development of biomedical industry in Shandong Province,put forward the trend and demand of building a comprehensive biomedical service platform through field investigation.By analyzing the common problems of existing service institutions,exploring the innovative development needs and bottlenecks of industry,university and research,this paper puts forward some ideas on the establishment model,system construction,talent introduction,cultivation and development,in order to provide ideas for the construction of innovative service ecosystem.
