摘要
乳化剂是一类在药品中应用广泛的表面活性剂,大多是蛋白质、磷脂、多糖、两亲性合成物质,或这些物质的复合物组成。本文通过对国内外的文献进行检索与整理,综述了乳化剂种类、特点及应用,对卵磷脂、蛋白质、多糖、吐温和司盘等几种不同类别乳化剂的基本理化性质、乳化特性等分别进行阐述,并对乳化剂的关键物料属性或功能性相关指标的研究进行了介绍,同时对乳化剂未来的研究热点和发展方向进行展望。
Emulsifier is a kind of surfactant widely used in drugs.Most of them are composed of protein,phospholipid,polysaccharide,amphiphilic synthetic substances or complexes of these substances.The types,characteristics and applications of emulsion preparations were reviewed through sorting and retrieving literature.The paper expounded the physical and chemical properties,emulsifying characteristics of several different types of emulsifiers such as lecithin,protein,polysaccharide,Tweens and Spans,and introduced the research on the key material properties or functional related indexes of emulsifiers,At the same time,the future research hotspots and directions of emulsifier were prospected.
