The Analysis On the Construction of Political Ecology within the Party and its Path in a New Era

党内政治生态是中国共产党执政的重要环境。新时代建设良好党内政治生态是马克思主义政党的理论自觉、中国共产党优良历史传统的继承和发展以及深入推进全面从严治党的现实要求。实践中,推进新时代党内政治生态建设必须学悟党的创新理论,坚定理想信念;坚持正确选人用人导向,校准干部队伍建设“风向标”;增强党内政治生活政治性、时代性、原则性、战斗性,涵养良好政治风气;严明纪律,整饬作风,一体推进不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐;加强制度建设,健全营造良好党内政治生态的制度体系;发挥文化育成作用,发展积极健康党内政治文化。

The political ecology within the Party is an important environment for the Party to be in power. Building good political ecology within the Party in a new era is the theoretical consciousness of Marxist political parties,the inheritance and development of the Party’s fine historical traditions,and the practical requirements of deepening the comprehensive and strict governance of the Party. In practice,to promote the construction of political ecology within the Party in a new era,we need to learn and understand the Party’s innovative theory and strengthen our ideals and beliefs;adhere to the correct guidance of selecting and employing people,and calibrate the“wind vane”of cadre team construction;enhance the political,epochal,principled and militant nature of inner-Party political life,and cultivate a good political atmosphere;strict discipline,straighten out the style of work,and work in a holistic way to ensure that officials do not dare to,are not able to and do not want to commit corruption;strengthen the system construction and improve the system of building a good political ecology within the Party;give full play to cultural cultivation function and develop positive and healthy political culture within the Party.
