摘要 得益于冲压专用搬运设备的开发、干涉曲线概念的提出与应用,大型高速冲压线在国内得到了快速推广与普及应用。鉴于目前主机厂新增冲压设备均为高速冲压生产线,冲压设备制造商在冲压项目设计之初,提供并指导主机厂、模具厂商,正确使用干涉曲线,针对性地进行模具设计以适用于高速冲压线自动化,对于目前处于激烈竞争的主机厂、模具制造商而言,可适当缩短模具开发周期,提高产线生产效率;通过数字化样机技术,实现冲压生产线生产配方的离线配置,对于压缩生产线模具调试时间及生产节拍的提高,具有十分重要的意义。 Thanks to the development of special handling equipment for stamping and the proposal & application of the concept of interference curve, the large-scale high-speed stamping lines have been rapidly popularized and promoted in China. In view of the fact that the new stamping equipment of the main engine factory is currently a high-speed stamping production line, at the beginning of the stamping project design,the stamping equipment manufacturer provides and guides the main engine factory and the die manufacturer to correctly use the interference curve. The targeted die design is suitable for the automation of the high-speed stamping line. For the OEMs and die manufacturers who are currently in fierce competition, the die development cycle can be appropriately shortened and the production efficiency of the production line can be improved;through the digital prototype technology, the offline configuration of the production formula of the stamping production line can be realized. It is of great significance to improve the production speed.
