电力机车转向架组装台车动力改造设计方案

摘要 电力机车转向架组装台车是转向架装配的重要工具,传统的转向架组装台车是通过人工推动移动至不同车间工位进行电力机车转向架组装工序,存在工作效率低的问题,严重制约生产进度。本文通过对组装台车进行重新设计和工装改造,优化了台车动力系统,提高了改造效率,并经过现场验证,改造后的电力机车转向架组装台车完全可以满足生产需要。 The electric locomotive bogie assembly trolley is an important tool for bogie assembly. The traditional bogie assembly trolley is manually pushed to move to different workshop positions for the electric locomotive bogie assembly process, which has the problem of low work efficiency and serious restriction of production progress. The power system of the trolley has been optimized and the efficiency of the transformation has been improved through redesigning the assembly trolley and transforming the tooling. After on-site verification, the modified electric locomotive bogie assembly trolley can fully meet the production needs.
