The process and characteristics of die forging by hammer, by hot die forging press, by roll forging press, and by precision roll forging press + integral die forging press is analyzed;based on the green, intelligent and high efficient requirement the project, the die forging process of the electric screw press for the special-shaped Front axle of heavy-duty truck is put forward, and the characteristics of the key main equipment under the process condition are analyzed in detail, which is of great reference to the forging process design of the front axle of truck.
