基于人因工程的纺织车间降噪研究

摘要 随着现代科学的快速发展,不同学科的理论观点相交融,各领域的内容也在不断的融合,因此文章将人因工程相关理论应用于现代企业的管理中,以求更好的解决实际问题。在纺织车间中噪音问题已严重地影响工人的劳动效率及身心健康。将人因工程理论应用到纺织车间降噪,通过调查访问,并借助症状自评量表(SCL-90)了解纺织车间的噪音现状以及员工的心理健康状态,有针对性地全面实施降噪措施,从而达到降低纺织车间噪音,提高工作效率的目的。 With the rapid development of modern science,the theoretical viewpoints of different disciplines are integrated,and the content of various fields is also constantly integrated.In this paper,the theory of human factors engineering is applied to the management of modern enterprises in order to better solve practical problems.The noise problem in textile workshops has seriously affected workers’working efficiency and physical and mental health.In this paper,human factors engineering theory is applied to noise reduction in textile workshops,and the present situation of noise in textile workshops and the mental health status of employees are understood by investigation and interview and symptom Self-Rating Scale(SCL-90),so as to achieve the goal of reducing noise in textile workshop and improving work efficiency.
