三江源国家公园生态保护研究进展与展望

摘要 三江源地区作为首个国家公园体制试点,其生态保护实践和研究经验对我国国家公园大规模建设具有重要意义。通过历时性、整体性视角对三江源生态保护研究历程进行回顾和审视,借助计量可视化和质性归纳方法分析构建该区域生态研究议题的内容框架。发现三江源国家公园生态保护经历了缺乏引导的无序恶化期、政府主导多方参与的有序调整期、国家公园体制试点建设摸索期三个阶段,各时期的阶段特征明显,而研究主题框架集中在三江源国家公园自然生态保护、人文生态保护、保护成效评估与变化预测三大板块,围绕各板块细分议题分别阐述研究内容和趋势,继而在研究评述的基础上对未来三江源生态保护研究提出三方面展望,以期为三江源乃至其他重要保护区域生态文明建设和国家公园生态体制建设提供参考借鉴。 As the first pilot of national park system,the practice and research experience of ecological protection in Sanjiangyuan area is of great significance to the large-scale construction of national parks in China.This paper reviews and examines the research process of ecological protection of the source of the three rivers from a diachronic and holistic perspective,and analyzes and constructs the content framework of regional ecological research topics with the help of quantitative visualization and qualitative induction.It is found that the ecological protection of Sanjiangyuan National Park has experienced three stages:disorderly deterioration period without guidance,orderly adjustment period with multi-party participation led by the government,and exploration period of national park system pilot construction.The stage characteristics of each period are obvious,and the research theme framework focuses on the natural ecological protection,humanistic ecological protection,protection effectiveness evaluation and change prediction.The research contents and trends are described around the subtopics of each part,and then on the basis of research comments,three prospects are put forward for the future research on the ecological protection of the three river sources,in order to provide reference for the construction of ecological civilization in the three river sources and other important protected areas and the construction of ecological system of national parks.
