土地制度改革视域下乡村产业空间重构路径探析

Research on the Path of Rural Industry Spatial Reconstruction from the Perspective of Land System Reform

土地制度改革属于生产关系的重新调整,新时期的土地制度改革显化了其经济社会价值,通过制度创新使得土地市场得到重塑、城乡发展要素畅通、农民发展权利获得保障,从而为乡村振兴及其产业空间重构提供了制度支撑、物质基础与人力条件。研究进一步结合乡村产业空间现状及其现实需求指出,可建立人—地—形三位一体的联动路径,一方面重视培育多元化、专业化的新型主体,另一方面通过优化乡村生产空间、社会空间和生态空间形态促进发展要素与资源重组,同时加快土地利用的隐形与显性转型,形成规模集聚、高效生态的用地格局,进而重塑乡村产业空间系统。

The reform of land system is the readjustment of relations of production.In the new era,the reform of land system has demonstrated its economic and social value as it reshapes the land market,promotes urban development and protects the farmers’right to development through institutional innovation,thus providing institutional support,material basis and human conditions for rural revitalization and industrial spacial reconstruction.The study further combined with the current situation and practical needs of rural industrial space,pointed out that the linkage of man,land and shape can be established.On the one hand,diversified and specialized new subjects should be attached importance.On the other hand,elements of development and resources should be reconstructed through optimized form of rural production space,social space and ecological space.In addition,the invisible and explicit transformation of land use needs to be accelerated to form a large-scale,efficient and ecological pattern,and then reshape the rural industrial space system.
