基于双星多频技术的人员安全定位装置研发

摘要 针对超特高压变电站作业现场人员安全管控工作量大、作业时间不协同、现场安全监管存在盲区等现状,研发了一种基于双卫星导航定位解算技术、多频定位技术和虚拟电子围栏智能布设技术的现场安全定位装置和配套系统,并进行了现场试验。试验结果表明:该装置及配套系统能够协助运行人员动态掌握日常检修的工作内容、工作区域、人员位置等实时信息,针对跨区域作业、人员及机具超过安全作业高度等异常状态进行辨识分析,实现自动提示告警,响应时间不超过1 s,定位精度不超过0.1 m,满足现场检修要求。 In order to solve the current problems of heavy workload of safety control of personnel on operation sites,uncoordinated operation time,the existence of blind spots in on-site safety supervision in UHV substations and so on,an on-site safety positioning device and supporting system based on double-satellite navigation positioning solution technology,multi-frequency positioning technology and intelligent layout technology of virtual electronic fence has been developed and field tests have been carried out.The test results show that the device and supporting system can help the operators dynamically master the daily maintenance work content,work areas,personnel location and other real-time information,and identify and analyze abnormal conditions such as cross-regional operation,unsafe operation of personnel and machinery and so on.Therefore,automatic alarm is realized,with response time less than 1 s,positioning accuracy less than 0.1 m,which satisfies the requirements of field maintenance.
