摘要
“一带一路”建设对商务日语“语言服务能力”提出了新的要求。商务日语人才“语言服务能力”由日语语言能力、日语职业能力、高级商务能力、跨文化交际能力构成。“一带一路”背景下,商务日语语言服务存在服务意识薄弱、服务质量不高、人才储备不足的问题。商务日语人才“语言服务能力”的提升路径主要有:加强行业指导,制定合理发展规划;提高服务意识,建设商务日语服务体系;重视能力本位,创新人才培养模式;加强实践育人,提升人才培养水平;整合资源,搭建共享交流平台。
"One belt,one road"construction has put forward new requirements for business Japanese"language service ability".The"language service ability"of business Japanese talents consists of Japanese language ability,Japanese professional ability,advanced business ability and cross-cultural communication ability"In the context of one belt,one road is Japanese,and there are problems in the business Japanese language service,such as weak sense of service,low quality of service and insufficient reserve of talents.The ways to improve the"language service ability"of business Japanese talents mainly include:strengthening industry guidance and formulating reasonable development plans;Improve service awareness and build a business Japanese service system;Pay attention to ability standard and innovate talent training mode;Strengthen practical education and improve the level of talent training;Integrate resources and build a shared communication platform.
