颗粒与绝缘子碰撞粘附问题的模型选择 被引量:4

摘要 绝缘子的污秽积聚是颗粒与绝缘子表面碰撞吸附过程的宏观表现,研究颗粒与绝缘子表面的碰撞吸附机理可为电力系统防污、杜绝粉尘闪络事故等工作提供理论指导依据。因为材料属性的差别,不同颗粒与绝缘子间的碰撞吸附过程需选择特定的微观物理模型去求解和描述。然而,由于目前缺少这些物理模型在绝缘领域内应用选择的参考依据,学者们在研究时容易出现模型混用的情况。该文总结了经典的颗粒微观接触物理模型的特点及适用范围,指出了现有颗粒与绝缘子碰撞吸附研究成果中的不足;然后基于MD模型构建的粘附相图及系统中常见颗粒与绝缘子的物理参数,计算并给出了常见颗粒与4种不同材料绝缘子间碰撞吸附问题的推荐参考模型;最后探讨了颗粒与绝缘子碰撞过程中的能量耗散机制,并指出了下一步的研究方向。研究结果表明:常见颗粒与复合及环氧树脂绝缘子的碰撞吸附问题可参考JKR理论开展研究,而常见微米级颗粒与玻璃及瓷绝缘子表面的碰撞问题则需要采用MD/MYD模型。该文的工作对于颗粒与绝缘子碰撞吸附机理的研究具有一定的参考价值。 The contamination accumulation on insulator is the macroscopic performance of the collision and adsorption between particles and insulator surface,the research on which can provide theoretical guidance for power system anti-pollution and preventing dust flashover accidents.Because of the difference in material properties,the collision and adsorption process between different particles and insulators needs to be solved and described with specific microscopic physical models.However,due to the lack of reference basis for model selection,scholars are prone to mixed models in research.This article first summarized the characteristics and scope of application of the classic particle microscopic collision physical models.The shortcomings of the existing research results of collision adsorption between particles and insulators were pointed out.Then,based on the adhesion phase diagram constructed by the MD model and the physical parameters of common particles and insulators in power system,a recommended reference model for the collision and adsorption problems between common particles and insulators of four different materials was calculated and proposed.Finally,the energy dissipation mechanism during the collision between particles and insulators was discussed,and the next research direction was pointed out.The research results show that the collision and adsorption problems between common particles and composite or epoxy resin insulators can be studied with reference to the JKR theory.The MD/MYD model is suitable for the collision of micron particles with the surface of glass and porcelain insulators.This paper has a certain reference value for the research on the collision and adsorption mechanism between particles and insulator.
