“十四五”时期我国高职教育国际化发展研究

Research on the Internationalization Development of Higher Vocational Education in 14th Five Year Plan Period

高职教育国际化是职业教育高质量发展的重要体现,也是“十四五”时期开展职教改革、服务产业升级和国家对外开放战略的重要支撑。当前,我国高职院校国际化发展与高职教育总体规模不适应,存在国际化发展理念不强、国际交流合作平台不足、职教“走出去”特色不明显等问题。对此,高职教育在“十四五”时期应强化国际化办学理念,完善体制机制建设;搭建国际教育合作平台,引进国际优质教育资源;推进职业教育“走出去”,开发国际通用的职业教育标准等,提升国际化办学水平。

As the key part of national vocational education,internationalization is also important for vocational education reform,service industry upgrading and further opening-up strategy in 14th Five-year Plan period.At present,the internationalization development of higher vocational colleges in China does not adapt to the overall scale of higher vocational education,and there are problems such as weak internationalization development concept,insufficient international exchange and cooperation platform,lack of characteristics of vocational education"going global".This paper puts forward that in the new period of"the 14th Five-year Plan",higher vocational education should clarify the orientation of international development,adopt measures such as strengthening international development concept,building international education cooperation platform,promoting vocational education"going global"and so on,so as to improve the level of international development.
