高职院校国际学生“中文+职业”人才培养模式研究——以铜仁职业技术学院为例 被引量:4

摘要 国际学生人才培养是高职院校人才培养的重要组成部分。探索国际学生人才培养新路径,构建“中文+职业”人才培养模式符合国家“一带一路”建设发展需求,有利于推进职业教育国际化发展。“中文+职业”人才培养模式的目标是培养“会中文、懂技术、有情怀”的知华友华国际复合型职业技能人才。文章以铜仁职业技术学院国际学生人才培养实践为例,从人才培养目标、课程体系构建、文化情怀培养、中外校企合作、教学资源建设、教师队伍发展等七方面对“中文+职业”人才培养模式的构建和实施进行了探讨,并论述了该模式在人才培养质量、毕业就业情况和国际化办学等方面取得的成效。 International student talent training is an important part of talent training in higher vocational colleges.Exploring new paths for talent training for international students and building a"Chinese+Vocational Skills"talent training model is in line with the country's"Belt and Road"construction and development needs,and is conducive to promoting the international development of vocational education.The goal of the"Chinese+Vocational Skills"talent training model is to cultivate knowledgeable and friendly international inter-professional skilled talents who"know Chinese,understand technology,and have feelings".Taking Tongren Polytechnic College as an example of the practice of talent cultivation for international students,the article discusses the cultivation of"Chinese+Vocational Skills"talents from seven aspects,including talent cultivation goals,curriculum system construction,cultural sentiment cultivation,Sino-foreign school-enterprise cooperation,teaching resource construction,and teacher team development.The construction and implementation of the model are explored,and the better results achieved by the model in terms of talent training quality,graduate employment and international school running are discussed.
