摘要 水土保持是生态文明建设的重要组成部分。然而,随着物联网、5G、人工智能、大数据技术和对地观测技术的快速发展,水土保持工作呈现出内容多、数据呈指数级增长、更新速度快等特点,迫切需要研发一套可全面展示区域水土保持成果的系统。该文在分析水土保持工作数据特点的基础上,从模型与GIS集成、多源数据融合等方面,详细阐述了建立区域水土保持成果可视化系统的关键技术与功能模块。以内蒙古自治区1978—2018年的数据为例,研发了其水土保持成果可视化系统,并将该系统并入内蒙古自治区“智慧水利”大平台中,形成了基于GIS技术的典型区域水土保持成果可视化平台的技术思路和解决方法。该系统可为内蒙古自治区水土保持成果的展示、区域生态保护和高质量发展提供一定的科技支撑。 Soil and water conservation is an important part of ecological civilization construction.However,with the rapid development of Internet of things,5G,artificial intelligence,big data technology and earth observation technology,the soil and water conservation work shows the characteristics of many contents,exponential growth of data and fast update speed.It is urgent to develop a system that can fully display the results of regional soil and water conservation.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of soil and water conservation data,the key technologies and functional modules of the regional soil and water conservation achievement visualization system are elaborated in detail from the model and GIS integration,data fusion and so on.Then,taking the data of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from 1978 to 2018 as an example,the soil and water conservation achievement visualization system is realized and incorporated into the“Intelligent water conservancy”platform of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.The technical ideas and solutions of the typical regional soil and water conservation achievement visualization system technology are formed based on GIS technology.The system can provide scientific and technological support for the display of soil and water conservation achievements,regional ecological protection and high-quality development of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
