块体高熵非晶合金的制备与表征综合实验教学探索与实践 被引量:1

摘要 采用铜模吸铸法制备了块体ZrTiNiCuBe高熵非晶合金,研究了高熵非晶合金的结构、热稳定性及晶化动力学行为。研究结果表明,所制备的合金为单一非晶态,具有较强的玻璃形成能力与热稳定性,且玻璃转变与晶化均表现出明显的动力学效应。高熵非晶合金表现出过冷液相区窄、晶化区宽的迟滞缓慢晶化特性。该实验项目的综合性强,涉及材料设计、材料制备、表征和晶化等多方面知识点,能够培养学生的科学研究思维以及分析判断、逻辑推理、归纳总结等方面能力,有助于毕业要求的达成。 ZrTiNiCuBe high entropy bulk metallic glasses(HE-BMGs) are prepared by copper mold suction casing technology. The microstructure, thermal stability and crystallization kinetics are studied in this paper. The results show that the prepared alloys are fully amorphous state, and have strong glass forming ability and high thermal stability, and both glass transition and crystallization show obvious kinetic effects. The HE-BMGs exhibit a sluggish atomic diffusion characteristic with narrow supercooled liquid region and wide crystallization region. The experimental project is highly comprehensive and involves many knowledge points such as material design,material preparation, characterization and crystallization. It can cultivate students’ scientific research thinking,analysis and judgment, logical reasoning, induction and summary, and contribute to the achievement of graduation requirements.
