摘要
基于7根外套钢管夹层混凝土加固钢筋混凝土圆柱的轴压性能试验,采用合理的材料本构关系,通过MATLAB软件编写计算程序,分析外套钢管夹层混凝土加固钢筋混凝土圆柱轴压受力性能.将数值计算得到的外套钢管加固柱荷载-纵向变形曲线与试验结果进行对比,对比结果表明二者吻合良好.在此基础上,对影响加固柱承载力的因素进行分析.研究表明:外套钢管加固柱能显著提高RC原柱的承载力,并能很好地改善其延性;钢管套箍系数是影响复合加固柱承载力和延性的主要因素;随着浇自密实混凝土强度的提高,外套钢管加固柱承载力提高,但延性降低;钢管屈服强度的变化对外套钢管加固柱承载力影响较小.
Based on the axial compression performance test of 7 reinforced concrete columns strengthened with concrete-filled steel tube jacket,the mechanical performance of reinforced concrete columns strengthened with concrete-filled steel tube jacket under axial compression was analyzed by using reasonable material constitutive relation and compiling calculation program with MATLAB software.The load-longitudinal deformation curve of columns strengthened with steel tube jacket obtained by numerical calculation was compared with the experimental results,and the comparison results show that they are in good agreement.On this basis,the factors affecting the bearing capacity of the strengthened columns were analyzed.The research shows that the columns strengthened with steel tubes can significantly improve the bearing capacity of the original RC columns and its ductility.The hoop coefficient of steel tube is the main factor affecting the bearing capacity and ductility of composite strengthened columns.With the increase of the strength of self-compacting concrete,the bearing capacity of the columns strengthened with steel tube jacket increases,but the ductility decreases.The change of steel tube yield strength has little influence on the bearing capacity of columns strengthened with steel tube jacket.
