摘要 传统隧道设计方式需要依赖人工绘图与统计,在面对不同数据源数据引用、抽象构件表达、多专业协同等情况时难免会出现纰漏。结合BIM技术优势以及前期项目经验,利用隧道专业BIM设计、工点模型、深化模型提升设计质量的方法,提出一套基于BIM技术的铁路隧道设计优化技术方案,用于优化设计方法、纠正设计问题、提升设计精度,解决铁路隧道设计过程中的复核优化问题。实践表明,每条隧道采用该技术方案平均能解决5处设计问题,可有效地从设计优化角度提升隧道设计质量,真正将BIM技术运用于隧道设计阶段,为铁路工程全专业BIM设计优化应用提供借鉴。 The commonly used tunnel design method relies on manual drawing and statistics gathering,which inevitably leads to careless mistakes due to data reference from different data sources,abstract representation of components and multi-discipline collaboration,etc.With the advantages of BIM technology and previous project experience,a set of BIM technology-based technical solutions is proposed for railway tunnel design optimization.By applying the BIM design,worksite model and detailed model of tunnel discipline to improve the design quality,the solutions are adopted to optimize the design method,correct the design problems,improve the design accuracy,and solve the review and optimization issues in the railway tunnel design process.The practice shows that the adoption of the technical solutions for tunnels can solve five design problems per tunnel projects on the average,which can effectively improve the tunnel design quality from the perspective of design optimization,truly apply the BIM technology to the tunnel design,and provide a reference for the design optimization and application of BIM across whole disciplines of railway engineering.
