不同锌源对蛋鸡生产性能、血清生化指标及微量元素沉积的影响 被引量:10

Effects of Different Zinc Sources on Performance,Serum Biochemical Indexes and Microelement Deposition of Laying Hens

摘要 本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同锌源对京粉1号蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、血清生化指标及微量元素沉积的影响。选取362日龄京粉1号蛋鸡288只,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复12只鸡。对照组在基础饲粮中以硫酸锌形式添加锌80 mg/kg,试验组则在基础饲粮中分别以纳米氧化锌(ZnO-NP)、甘氨酸锌(Gly-Zn)和二氢杨梅素锌(DMY-Zn)形式添加等量锌。预试期14 d,正试期42 d。结果表明:1)蛋鸡的生产性能各组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)与对照组相比,Gly-Zn组和DMY-Zn组蛋白高度和哈氏单位显著提高(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,DMY-Zn组血清中甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量显著降低(P<0.05),同时各试验组血清中碱性磷酸酶活性有提高的趋势(P=0.098),而总胆固醇含量有下降的趋势(P=0.081)。4)与对照组相比,ZnO-NP组、Gly-Zn组和DMY-Zn组血清中铜锌超氧化物歧化酶活性均显著提高(P<0.05),而丙二醛含量均显著降低(P<0.05)。5)与对照组相比,DMY-Zn组和ZnO-NP组肝脏和蛋黄中铜含量显著提高(P<0.05),胫骨中锌含量显著提高(P<0.05),同时各试验组胫骨中铜含量(P=0.078)和蛋黄中锌含量(P=0.088)有提高的趋势。6)与对照组相比,DMY-Zn组、Gly-Zn组和ZnO-NP组蛋鸡排泄物中铜含量显著降低(P<0.05);DMY-Zn组和ZnO-NP组蛋鸡排泄物中锌含量显著降低(P<0.05)。综上所述,在蛋鸡基础饲粮中以DMY-Zn、ZnO-NP或Gly-Zn形式补充等量锌在改善蛋品质、机体抗氧化能力和微量元素沉积方面差异不大,但均优于硫酸锌;此外,DMY-Zn具有潜在改善蛋鸡机体脂质代谢的效果。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different zinc sources on the performance,egg quality,serum biochemical indexes and microelement deposition of laying hens.Jingfen-1 strain laying hens(n=288,362-day-old)were randomly assigned to 4 groups with 6 replicates of 12 birds.Laying hens in control group were fed a basal diet supplemented with 80 mg/kg of zinc as zinc sulfate,and those in 3 experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with equal amounts of zinc as glycinate(Gly-Zn),nano-zinc oxide(ZnO-NP)and zinc dihydromyricetin(DMY-Zn),respectively.The preparatory experiment period lasted for 14 days and the trial period lasted for 42 days.The results showed as follows:1)there was no significant difference in the performance of laying hens among groups(P>0.05).2)Compared with the control group,the protein height and Haugh unit of Gly-Zn group and DMY-Zn group were significantly increased(P<0.05).3)Compared with the control group,the triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol contents in serum of DMY-Zn group were significantly reduced(P<0.05),the serum alkaline phosphatase activity of each trial group had an increasing trend(P=0.098),while the serum total cholesterol content had a decreasing trend(P=0.081).4)Compared with the control group,the serum copper-zinc superoxide dismutase(CuZn-SOD)activity of ZnO-NP group,Gly-Zn group and DMY-Zn group was significantly increased(P<0.05),while the content of malondialdehyde(DMA)was significantly reduced(P<0.05).5)Compared with the control group,the content of copper in liver and egg yolk of DMY-Zn group and ZnO-NP group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the content of zinc in tibia was significantly increased(P<0.05).At the same time,the content of copper in tibia(P=0.078)and the content of zinc in egg yolk(P=0.088)in each trial group showed an increasing trend.6)Compared with the control group,the content of copper in excrement of DMY-Zn group,Gly-Zn group and ZnO-NP group were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the content of zinc in excrement of DMY-Zn group and ZnO-NP group were significantly reduced(P<0.05).In conclusion,there is little difference between DMY-Zn and ZnO-NP or Gly-Zn with 80 mg/kg zinc added to the basal diet of laying hens in improving egg quality,body antioxidant capacity and microelement deposition,but all of them are better than zinc sulfate;in addition,DMY-Zn also has the potential to improve the lipid metabolism of laying hens.
