运输抵藏对三河牛血清生化指标的影响

摘要 本试验旨在研究运输抵藏对三河牛血清生化指标的影响。在60头运输抵藏的三河牛后备牛中,随机选取月龄(12~14月龄)和体重[(304.12±12.02)kg]相近的12头三河牛,根据运输路线,采用尾根采血法分别在运输起点(运输前,内蒙古自治区呼伦贝尔市,海拔700 m)、运输途中(运输中,青海省西宁市,海拔2260 m)和运输终点(运输后,西藏自治区拉萨市,海拔3650 m)采集静脉血液样品,检测血清生化指标。结果表明:1)运输前和运输后的血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著高于运输中(P<0.05),运输前和运输中的血清氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和过氧化氢(H 2O 2)含量显著低于运输后(P<0.05)。2)运输前、运输中和运输后血清免疫球蛋白和细胞因子含量均未见显著差异(P>0.05)。3)运输中和运输后的血清胰岛素(INS)含量显著低于运输前(P<0.05),运输后的血清皮质醇(COR)含量显著低于运输前(P<0.05),运输前和运输中的血清甲状腺素(T 4)含量显著高于运输后(P<0.05)。4)运输中和运输后的血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性和总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)含量显著高于运输前(P<0.05),运输中的血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性显著高于运输前和运输后(P<0.05)。5)运输中和运输后的血清葡萄糖(GLU)和钙离子(Ca 2+)含量显著高于运输前(P<0.05),运输后的血清磷离子(P 5+)含量显著高于运输前和运输中(P<0.05),运输前和运输后的血清尿素氮(UN)含量显著高于运输中(P<0.05)。综上所述,在本试验运输抵藏过程中,三河牛血清抗氧化指标、激素含量及部分其他血清生化指标发生了显著变化,这可能是机体对运输抵藏过程应激状态的应答。本研究结果为了解长距离向高原运输过程中牛只生理状态变化提供了有用的参考信息。 The objective of this study was to explore the effects of transportation to Tibet on serum biochemical indices of Sanhe heifers.Among the 60 Sanhe heifers transported to Tibet,12 individuals with the age of 12 to 14 months and similar body weight[(304.12±12.02)kg]were randomly selected,according to the transportation route,the blood samples of 12 heifers were collected in three locations using the tail root blood collection method,including the transportation starting point(before transportation,Hulunbuir City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,altitude 700 m),the transition(during transportation,Xining City,Qinghai Province,altitude 2260 m)and the destination point(after transportation,Lhasa City,Tibet Autonomous Region,altitude3 650 m),and the serum antioxidant indices were detected.The results showed as follows:1)the serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)activcity before transportation and after transportation was significantly higher than that during transportation(P<0.05),and the serum catalase activcity and hydrogen peroxide(H 2O 2)content before transportation and during transportation were significantly lower than those after transportation(P<0.05).2)The contents of immunoglobulin and cytokine in serum before transportation,during transportation and after transportation were no significant difference(P>0.05).3)The serum insulin(INS)content during transportation and after transportation was significantly lower than that before transportation(P<0.05),the serum cortisol(COR)content after transportation was significantly lower than that before transportation(P<0.05),and the serum thyroid hormone(T 4)content before transportation and during transportation was significantly higher than that after transportation(P<0.05).4)The serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP)activity and total protein and albumin contents during transportation and after transportation were significantly higher than those before transportation(P<0.05),and the serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT)activity during transportation was significantly higher than that before transportation and after transportation(P<0.05).5)The contents of glucose(GLU)and calcium ion(Ca 2+)in serum during transportation and after transportation were significantly higher than those before transportation(P<0.05),the serum phosphorus ion(P 5+)content after transportation was significantly higher than that before transportation and during transportation(P<0.05),and the serum urea nitrogen(UN)content before transportation and after transportation was significantly higher than that during transportation(P<0.05).Collectively,in the process of transportation to Tibet in this experiment,the serum antioxidant indices,hormone contents and a part of other biochemical indices of Sanhe heifers significant change,it may be the body’s response to the stress state during transportation to Tibet.The results from the current study can provide useful information for understanding the changes in the physiological status of cattle during long-distance transportation to the plateau area.
