饲粮中不同添加比例饲料桑对育肥兔生长性能、屠宰性能和肌肉品质的影响 被引量:8

Effects of Forage Mulberry with Differnet Addition Ratios in Diets on Growth Performance,Slaughter Performance and Meat Quality of Fattening Rabbits

摘要 本试验旨在研究饲粮中不同添加比例饲料桑对育肥兔生长性能、屠宰性能和肌肉品质的影响,为饲料桑在肉兔生产上应用提供理论参考。试验选取45日龄、体重相近、健康状况良好的育肥期莱芜黑兔160只,随机分为4组(每组5个重复,每个重复8只试验兔,公母各占1/2),分别饲喂饲料桑添加比例为0(对照)、5%、10%和15%的全价配合饲粮。预试期7 d,正试期43 d。结果表明:饲粮中不同添加比例饲料桑对肉兔试验末重(FBW)、平均日增重(ADG)、平均日采食量(ADFI)和料重比(F/G)有显著影响(P<0.05),其中15%组的FBW和ADG显著低于对照组(P<0.05),ADFI和F/G显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。饲粮中不同添加比例饲料桑对育肥兔宰前活体重、半净膛胴体重和全净膛胴体重有显著影响(P<0.05),其中15%组均显著低于10%组(P<0.05)。饲粮中不同饲料桑添加比例对肌肉pH有显著影响(P<0.05),其中10%组和15%组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。饲粮中不同添加比例饲料桑对肌肉中干物质(DM)、粗蛋白质(CP)、半胱氨酸(Cys)和缬氨酸(Val)含量影响差异显著(P<0.05),与对照组相比,饲粮中添加饲料桑的试验组肌肉中CP含量显著增加(P<0.05),分别增加了6.55%、7.58%和9.54%。另外,10%组肌肉中Cys和Val有显著影响(P<0.05),比对照组分别提高了17.65%和11.50%。综上所述,饲粮中添加适宜比例的饲料桑对育肥期莱芜黑兔的生长性能、屠宰性能和肌肉品质无明显不良影响,且能提高兔肉中CP、Cys和Val含量。因此,饲料桑可以用作肉兔饲料原料在家兔生产上使用,且以10%添加比例为宜。 The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of forage mulberry with different addition ratios in diets on growth performance,slaughter performance and meat quality of fattening rabbits,so as to provide theoretical reference for the application of forage mulberry in rabbit production.A total of 160 fattening Laiwu black rabbits at 45 days of age with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups(5 replicates in each group and each replicate contained 8 rabbits,half male and half female,respectively).Rabbits in4 groups were fed diets with 0(control),5%,10% and 15% forage mulberry,respectively.The trial lasted 7days for adaptation,and 43 days for test.The results showed that different dietary mulberry supplementation had significant effects on final weight(FBW),average daily gain(ADG),average daily feed intake(ADFI)and feed to gain(F/G)of meat rabbits(P<0.05),and FBW and ADG in 15% group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).ADFI and F/G were significantly higher than those in other groups(P<0.05).The effects of different forage mulberry addition ratios in the diet on the pre-slaughter body weight,semi clean carcass weight and full clean carcass weight of fattening rabbits were significantly different(P <0.05),and 15% group was significantly lower than 10% group(P < 0.05).The effects of different forage mulberry diets on the meat pH of fattening rabbits were significant(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,the pH in 10% group and 15% group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The contents of dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP),cystine(Cys)and valine(Val)in muscle of fattening rabbits were significantly affected by different ratios of mulberry in diets(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the content of CP in muscle of the experimental group added with forage mulberry increased significantly(P<0.05),increased by 6.55%,7.58% and 9.54%,respectively.In addition,the contents of Cys and Val in the muscle of the experimental group with 10% forage mulberry increased significantly(P<0.05),17.65%and 11.50% higher than that in the control group,respectively.Adding the appropriate ratios of forage mulberry in the diet has no significant adverse effects on the growth performance,slaughter performance and muscle quality of Laiwu black rabbits,and can increase the contents of CP,Cys and Val in rabbit meat.Therefore,the forage mulberry can be used in rabbit production with rabbit feed raw materials,and 10% is appropriate.
