摘要 研究不同硫化体系和混炼工艺对胶料玻璃化温度(T_(g))的影响。结果表明:随着硫化剂用量的增大,多硫键和双硫键比例减小,单硫键比例增大,胶料的T_(g)明显上升;随着硫黄用量减小、促进剂用量增大,胶料的多硫键和双硫键比例减小,胶料的T_(g)呈下降趋势;混炼时间较短时,胶料的T_(g)随混炼时间延长而下降;随着混炼时间的进一步延长,胶料的T_(g)有上升的趋势。 The effects of different curing systems and mixing processes on the glass transition temperature(T_(g)) of the rubber compounds were investigated. The results showed that,with the increase of the amount of curing agent,the proportion of polysulfide bond and double sulfur bond decreased,the proportion of single sulfur bond increased,and the T_(g) of the compound increased significantly. With the decrease of the amount of sulfur and the increase of the amount of accelerator,the proportion of polysulfide bond and disulfide bond decreased,and the T_(g) of the compound decreased. When the mixing time was short,the T_(g) of the compound decreased with the extension of the mixing time. With the further extension of the mixing time,the T_(g) of the compound tended to increase.
