摘要
针对因热处理时效参数选定不一致导致生产时间长短和力学性能波动不一的情况,从7075-T651厚板生产现状分析出发,根据实际生产的需求,通过系统的实验室模拟数据及生产批量性验证,对7075-T651铝合金厚板热处理产业化时效定温定时工艺进行了优化。工业化生产验证结果表明,优化后的时效工艺可在确保常规力学性能合格且余量充足的同时又提高了批量化生产效率,其工艺控制要点为:单级时效热处理,时效定温(125±5)℃,保温时间15 h。
Based on the analysis of the production status of 7075-T651 thick plate,according to the actual production demand,through the system of laboratory simulation data and production batch verification,the timing process of 7075-T651 aluminum alloy thick plate heat treatment was optimized.The industrial production results show that the optimized aging process can not only ensure the conventional mechanical properties and sufficient spare capacity,but also improve the mass production efficiency.The process con⁃trol points are as follows:single-stage aging heat treatment,aging constant temperature(125±5)℃,holding time 15 h.
