摘要
铝合金车门窗框导轨处搭接边设计宽度较小,采用铆接工艺难以实现,并且铆接底部凸点会影响玻璃尼槽使用寿命。基于此,提出采用孔塞焊的方式进行窗框导轨搭接处的连接,并对塞焊孔形状尺寸、塞焊开孔方式对连接强度的影响规律进行了系统研究及试验,验证效果良好。此方法在保证驾驶员视野的情况下,不仅实现了铝合金车门窗框导轨搭接处的有效连接,保证连接强度,同时也为铝合金车门在铆接空间不足的位置提供了一种新的连接方法。
The design width of the lap edge of the guide rail of the aluminum door and window frame is relatively small,which is diffi⁃cult to realize by riveting process,and the salient point at the bottom of riveting will affect the service life of the glass slot.Based on this,it is proposed to use the way of hole plug welding to connect the window frame guide rail,and systematically studied and tested the influence of plug welding hole shape size and method on connection strength,and the verification effect is reliable.Under the con⁃dition of ensuring the driver's field of vision,this method not only realizes the effective connection of the window frame,but also en⁃sures the connection strength,at the same time,it also provides a new connection method for aluminum door in the position of insuffi⁃cient riveting space.
