抗菌食品包装纸用抗菌剂技术综述

Review of Antimicrobial Agents for Antimicrobial Food Packaging Paper

随着人们的环境保护意识不断增强,绿色食品包装材料越来越备受关注。纸质材料基于其良好降解性、环境友好,因而抗菌食品包装纸受到重视,成为研发热点。该文对抗菌食品包装纸领域的专利申请进行了分析,将抗菌食品包装纸用抗菌剂分为化学合成抗菌剂、天然抗菌剂、无机抗菌剂和生物抗菌剂4类,并统计分析了抗菌食品包装纸用各类型抗菌剂的应用情况,并对各类型抗菌剂的发展脉络、技术要点等进行分析总结,以期为国内相关技术研究人员对抗菌食品包装纸的研究提供有效参考,进而开发出拥有自主知识产权的技术。

With the increasing awareness of environmental protection,people pay more and more attention to green food packaging materials.Based on its good degradability and environmental friendliness,antibacterial food packaging paper has been paid more attention and become a research hotspot.In this paper,the patent applications in the field of antimicrobial food packaging paper were analyzed.The antimicrobial agents for antimicrobial food packaging paper were divided into four categories:chemical synthetic antimicrobial agents,natural antimicrobial agents,inorganic antimicrobial agents and biological antimicrobial agents.In order to provide an effective reference for the domestic technical researchers to study the antimicrobial food packaging paper,and then develop the technology with independent intellectual property rights,the application of various types of antimicrobial agents for antimicrobial food packaging paper was analyzed statistically,and the development context and technical points of various types of antimicrobial agents were analyzed and summarized as well.
