摘要
通过实验研究了5种玉米芯微纳米纤维素(MFC)提高生活用纸柔软度的应用效果:将玉米芯MFC添加到造纸纤维中,抄造手抄片,测定纸张最终的柔软度和干、湿拉伸强度,比较不同特性的玉米芯MFC对纸张柔软度提升的影响。结论是:(1)在玉米芯MFC配合凯米拉公司干强剂乙二醛化聚丙烯酰胺(GPAM)的添加实验中,5号玉米芯MFC对纸张的柔软度贡献最明显,1.5 kg/t GPAM+5 kg/t 5号玉米芯MFC能把纸张柔软度TS7值从空白的73提升到40,而同时纸张的干强度提升32%;如果单独添加4号玉米芯MFC,5 kg/t的用量能把纸张柔软度TS7值从空白的73提升到56,而同时纸张的干强度提升14%;(2)在玉米芯MFC配合湿强剂聚胺环氧氯丙烷(PA)的添加实验中,5号玉米芯MFC对纸张的柔软度贡献最明显,1.5 kg/t PA+1 kg/t 5号玉米芯MFC能把纸张柔软度TS7值从空白的62提升到53,而同时纸张的湿强度提升336%。
The effect of five kinds of corncob MFC on improving tissue softness was studied through experiments:adding corncob MFC to papermaking fibers,making handsheets,and testing the softness and dry or wet strength of the tissue.Then the best dosing points were found out by comparing the results.Conclusions:(1)When dosing MFC with dry strength agent GPAM,the combination of 1.5 kg/t GPAM+5 kg/t 5#MFC had better softness improvement,the TS7 value decreasing from 73(blank sample)to 40(test sample),while+32%improvement in dry tensile strength.(2)When dosing MFC with wet strength agent PA,the combination of 1.5 kg/1 PA+1 kg/15#MFC had better softness improvement,with the TS7 value decreasing from 62(blank sample)to 53(test sample),while instant wet strength had+336%improvement.
