企业转型升级条件下全过程工程咨询策略研究

Research on Whole-process Engineering Consulting Strategy under Enterprise Transformation and Upgrading

随着我国建设行业新技术不断向智慧建筑、绿色建筑、装配式建筑、智慧工地等创新应用,以及建设行业的建造方式不断向PPP、EPC集成化、信息化、数字化方向创新发展,建设项目组织实施方式尤其是能很好地适应集成化、专业化、多样化生产方式的全过程工程咨询模式,已逐渐成为传统工程咨询企业转型升级、创新发展的黄金赛道。文章立足于如何有效提高全过程工程咨询服务的能力水平,以顺利实现建设项目全过程工程咨询为目的,在分析全过程工程咨询实践中存在的综合性难点问题的基础上,提出了传统咨询企业转型升级的必要性以及开展全过程工程咨询应具备一定的方法理念,重点阐述了以投资管控为核心,以BIM数据为抓手的全过程工程咨询服务策略,希望能对业内同行有所借鉴。

With the continuous innovative application of new technologies in China’s construction industry to smart building,green building, prefabricated building, smart site and other innovative applications, and the continuous innovative development of construction methods in the construction industry to PPP, EPC integration, information and digital direction, the construction project organization and implementation mode, especially the whole-process engineering consulting mode which can well adapt to the integrated, specialized and diversified production modes, has gradually become a golden track for the transformation and upgrading of traditional engineering consulting enterprises and the innovation and development. Article is based on how to effectively improve the ability of the whole process of engineering consulting services, for the purpose of smooth realization construction project the whole process of engineering consulting, based on the analysis of the whole process of comprehensive difficult problem existing in the engineering practice, on the basis of put forward the necessity of the consultancy enterprise transformation and upgrading of the traditional method and carry out the whole process of engineering consulting should possess certain ideas, this paper focuses on the whole process engineering consulting service strategy with investment management and control as the core and BIM data as the starting point, hoping to provide reference for peers in the industry.
