摘要
随着科学技术进步和制造工艺水平提升,深层搅拌桩施工设备由传统单轴搅拌桩机发展为五轴搅拌桩机甚至更高轴数。高轴数桩机设备的出现对桩基工程管理,尤其是造价管理产生重大影响。文章以深层搅拌桩设备发展和在杭州地区的运用为研究方向,首先介绍了深层搅拌桩工艺和施工设备发展现状以及在杭州地区的运用情况;随后分析深层搅拌桩的定额组成,并指出现有五轴定额机械折旧费用和人工费用偏高,对五轴设备的推广不利,认为五轴设备定额应当真实反映设备实际性能提升带来的成本降低,并进一步细化人工定额编制以反映设备操作人员技能提升引起的人工定额组成变化实际;最后指出新型深层水泥搅拌桩机设备的推广运用需要行政管理部门、建设、设计、造价、施工等多个单位共同参与,进而提高我国建筑领域的管理水平。
With the progress of science and technology and the improvement of manufacturing technology, the construction equipment of deep cement mixing pile has became more powerful and intelligent. The new machine has a significant impact on pile cost management. Taking the development of deep mixing pile equipment and the application in Hangzhou as the research direction, this paper first introduces the development status of deep mixing pile technology and construction equipment and the application in Hangzhou;then, the quota composition of deep mixing pile is analyzed, and it is pointed out that there are five axis quota, and the mechanical depreciation cost and labor cost are high, which is unfavorable to the popularization of five axis equipment;this paper holds that the five axis equipment quota should truly reflect the cost reduction brought by the improvement of the actual performance of the equipment, and further refine the preparation of labor when they become the skills of equipment operators;finally, the paper points out that the promotion and application of the new deep cement mixing pile machine equipment should be jointly participated by all units.
