摘要
学前儿童在园安全是全社会关注的焦点,幼儿园是其中的首要责任主体。然而,实施尊重儿童天性的教育,尤其是培养儿童勇敢、冒险、创新精神的教育就无法完全规避安全风险,此时让幼儿园承担全部安全责任就会有失公允。但是,现实中无论是社会还是政府都倾向于支持家庭全部归责于幼儿园的要求。幼儿园在此责任博弈中处于劣势,就会选择在完全安全、零责任的前提下开展教育,从而使儿童失去发展勇敢、冒险、创新等品质与精神的机会。为实现儿童在园安全责任博弈的纳什均衡,需要政府、幼儿园、家庭和社会基于共享共治理念建立起合作共享的协同治理机制。
The safety of preschool children in kindergarten has always been the focus of common concern of all sectors of society.To find a balance between inhibition and encouragement is an important means to deal with the dispute of preschool children’s educational safety responsibility.This paper discusses the logical starting point of preschool children’s safety responsibility in kindergarten,puts forward the basic hypothesis of preschool children’s safety responsibility in kindergarten,analyzes the internal mechanism of preschool children’s safety responsibility game,and further discusses how to realize the balance among the government,kindergarten,family and society in the safety responsibility game of preschool children.
