摘要
研究直茎蒿挥发油的化学成分及对2种仓储害虫(赤拟谷盗成虫和烟草甲成虫)的杀虫活性。采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,用GC/MS分析挥发油的化学成分及相对含量。通过触杀、熏蒸试验来测试直茎蒿挥发油对2种仓储害虫的生物活性。结果表明,直茎蒿挥发油的主要成分为:桉叶油醇(18.68%)、樟脑(18.30%)、侧柏酮(6.51%)、荜澄茄油烯(6.33%)等。直茎蒿挥发油对赤拟谷盗成虫和烟草甲成虫的触杀活性的LD_(50)分别为33.65μg/头和46.90μg/头,熏蒸活性的LC_(50)分别为121.93 mg/L和38.65 mg/L。直茎蒿挥发油对赤拟谷盗成虫和烟草甲成虫均具有一定的防治作用,能够为新型植物源杀虫剂的开发提供参考。
In the present study, the chemical constituents of the essential oil of Artemisia stricta and its insecticidal activity to storage pests, Tribolium castaneum and Lasioderma serricorne were analyzed. The essential oil was obtained by hydrodistillation, and its chemical composition and relative content were analyzed by GC/MS. The insecticidal activity of essential oil from A. stricta against two storage pests was tested by contact and fumigant activity. The results indicated that the main constituents of essential oil of A. stricta were Eucalyptol(18.68%), Camphor(18.30%), Thujone(6.51%) and Cubebene(6.33%), etc. The LD_(50)of the essential oil from A. stricta was 33.65 μg/adult and 46.90 μg/adult, the LC_(50)of fumigation activity was 121.93 mg/L and 38.65 mg/L, respectively. The essential oil of A. stricta had certain prevention and control effects on T. castaneum and L.serricorne, which could provide reference for the development of new plant-derived insecticides.
