综采工作面胶带顺槽注浆加固方案设计与应用研究

摘要 某煤矿8105综采工作面胶带顺槽,整体上属于孤岛工作面类型,受两侧采空压力作用,回采安全受到明显影响。本文基于工程案例,在明确工作面注浆加固治理原理及预期效果基础上,优化整体方案设计,结合施工方案提出施工工艺要点及安全措施,有效保障技术应用效果达到设计要求,为确保回采工作安全奠定技术基础。 In a coal mine,the 8105 fully mechanized mining face belt along the channel is of the type of island working face as a whole.Due to the pressure on both sides of the goaf,the mining safety is obviously affected.Based on engineering cases,this paper optimizes the overall plan design on the basis of clarifying the principles and expected effects of grouting reinforcement treatment on the working face,and puts forward the key points of the construction process and safety measures in combination with the construction plan to effectively ensure that the technical application effect meets the design requirements,in order to ensure the safety of the mining work lay the technical foundation.
