摘要
目的建立桑白皮α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性效应成分指数。方法采用谱效关系的方法选取构建效应成分指数的指标性成分。采用高效液相色谱法测定桑白皮中指标性成分含量。结果桑白皮中1-脱氧野尻霉素、氧化白藜芦醇、桑根酮C、桑黄酮G、桑皮酮H和桑辛素具有α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性,被选为效应成分指数构建的指标性成分。所构建效应成分指数与桑白皮样品的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性的1/IC_(50)显著相关(R=0.954)。结论所构建效应成分指数能够较好的评价桑白皮样品在α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性方面的质量,也为效应成分指数的构建及其在中药质量控制方面的应用提供了参考。
Objective To establish the effect-constituent index(ECI)to evaluate the quality of Cortex Mori in terms ofα-glucosidase inhibitory activity.Methods The quality markers are used to establish ECI and the selected based on the results of spectrum-effect relationship.The contents of quality markers in Cortex Mori are determined by HPLC method.Results 1-deoxynojirimycin,oxyresveratrol,sanggenon C,kuwanon G,kuwanon H and morusin show potentα-glucosidase inhibitory activity,which are selected as quality markers for the establishment of ECI.The established ECI significantly correlated with 1/IC_(50)(α-glucosidase inhibitory activity)of Cortex Mori samples(R=0.954).Conclusion The established ECI shows good ability to evaluate the quality of Cortex Mori in terms ofα-glucosidase inhibitory activity.The present study also provides a reference for the establishment and application of ECI as a quality control method for traditional Chinese medicine.
