基于光蓄热温敏变色织物的制备与性能 被引量:1

Preparation and properties of thermochromic fabrics based on light thermal storage

摘要 为实现纺织品对人体温度的管理与监控,采用纳米铯钨粉作为光蓄热材料,温敏变色微胶囊作为显色材料,构建可见光部分吸收光热转化变色材料,开发具有光蓄热温敏变色性能的Cs;WO;/温变染料混色印花织物与Cs;WO;/温变染料双面印花织物。扫描电子显微镜与傅里叶红外光谱分析证明温敏变色微胶囊与纳米铯钨粉染料成功在涤纶织物上结合。利用远红外热成像仪分析光蓄热温敏变色织物的光蓄热性能,并利用测色仪器分析织物的颜色性能。结果表明,该光蓄热温敏变色织物具有较好的蓄热性能;施加光照后,织物可以随着外界光照波段的改变而发生可逆性变化,具有较大的变色区域。因而该织物可以实现纺织品对人体温度的管理与监控。 In order to realize the temperature management and monitoring of human body temperature by textiles, using nano cesium tungsten powder as light heat storage material and temperature sensitive color changing microcapsule as color developing material, a color changing material for partial absorption of visible light and conversion of light and heat was constructed, and Cs;WO;/temperature-change dye mixed color fabric and Cs;WO;/temperature-change dye double-sided printing fabric were developed. Scanning electron microscope and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analysis showed that the thermochromic microcapsule dye and nano cesium tungsten powder dye were successfully combined on polyester fabric. The far-infrared thermal imager was used to test its light and heat storage performance, and the colorimetric instrument was used to test the color properties of fabrics. The results showed that the photothermal-storage thermochromic fabrics had good heat storage performance. After applying light, the fabric could change reversibly with the change of external light band, and had a large discoloration area. The fabric could realize the temperature management and monitoring of human body temperature.
