丝素蛋白/SiO_(2)纳米复合溶胶对聚丙烯非织造布的改性

摘要 为优化聚丙烯非织造布的性能以拓展其使用范围,以丝素蛋白/SiO_(2)纳米复合溶胶为整理剂对聚丙烯非织造布进行功能改性。通过正交实验优化丝素蛋白/SiO_(2)整理聚丙烯非织造布的工艺,并对整理后的聚丙烯非织造布进行结构表征和性能评价。结果表明,丝素蛋白/SiO_(2)优化改性工艺为:m(丝素蛋白)∶m(正硅酸乙酯)=5∶5,浸渍时间为0.5 h,热处理温度为20℃,热处理时间为5 min;丝素蛋白/SiO_(2)溶胶能够在聚丙烯纤维表面形成一层杂化膜,使非织造布的Qmax值提高5.79倍,透气性增加2.79%~7.08%,透湿性增加3.15%~8.28%,且具备良好的亲水耐久性,整理后的聚丙烯非织造布接触角最小(仅为0.31°),服用性能得到显著提升。 In order to optimize the properties of polypropylene nonwovens and expand its application range, the polypropylene nonwovens were modified using silk fibroin/SiO_(2) nanocomposite sol as finishing agent. The finishing process of polypropylene nonwovens finished by silk fibroin/SiO_(2) were optimized by orthogonal experiment, and the structure characterization and performance evaluation of the finished polypropylene nonwovens were carried out. The results showed that the optimal modification process of silk fibroin/SiO_(2) was as follows: m(silk fibroin)∶m(tetraethyl orthosilicate)=5∶5, the impregnation time was 0.5 h, the heat treatment temperature was 20 ℃, and the heat treatment time was 5 min. The silk fibroin/SiO_(2) solution could form a more uniform hybrid film on the surface of polypropylene fiber, which made the Qmaxvalue of nonwovens increased by 5.79 times, air permeability increased by 2.79%~7.08%, the moisture permeability increased by3.15%~8.28%, and it had good hydrophilic durability. The contact angle of the finished polypropylene nonwovens was the smallest(only 0.31°), and the wearability was significantly improved.
