碧根果壳色素稳定性及对蚕丝织物染色性能 被引量:2

摘要 为探索农业废弃物用作天然染料的可行性,以碧根果壳为对象,研究碧根果壳色素稳定性以及对真丝织物的染色性能。结果表明:碧根果壳色素具有较好的耐酸碱稳定性和耐光稳定性,金属离子可以通过络合反应改变碧根果壳色素的颜色;蚕丝织物的优化染色工艺为:温度90~95℃,时间40~60 min,pH为3。预媒染有利于提高染色织物的得色量,同浴媒染对染色织物的色牢度提升效果较好。 In order to explore the feasibility of using agricultural wastes as natural dyes, taking pecan shell as the research object, the stability of pecan shell pigment and the dyeing properties of silk fabrics were studied. The results showed that the pigment of pecan shell pigment had good acid and alkali resistance and light resistance. Metal ions could change the color of pecan shell pigment through complexation reaction. The dyeing process of silk fabric was as follows: dyeing temperature 90~95 ℃, time 40~60 min, pH 3. Premordant dyeing was beneficial to improve the color yield of dyed fabrics, and the color fastness of dyed fabrics was greatly improved by one bath mordant dyeing.
