氯化钙在活性染料染锦纶中的作用及其对染缸的负面影响

Function of calcium chloride in dyeing nylon with reactive dyes and its negative effect on dyeing vat

氯化钙作为促染剂常被应用于活性染料染深色锦纶织物,但是氯离子容易腐蚀染缸内壁,缩短染缸的使用寿命,给生产带来安全隐患;染缸内壁被腐蚀后,表面凹凸不平或者存在点孔,容易造成锦/氨超细织物勾丝,给生产造成损失,因此替代氯化钙是印染企业的需求。醋酸钙替代氯化钙染色实验发现,相同质量浓度的醋酸钙能满足织物高水洗牢度要求和颜色要求,同时还克服了氯化钙中的氯离子腐蚀染缸的缺点,延长了染缸的使用寿命,可保证产品质量和生产安全。

Calcium chloride is used as a dyeing promoter in dyeing dark nylon fabric with reactive dyes.However,chloride ion is easy to corrode the inner wall of dyeing vat,shorten the service life of dyeing vat and bring safety hazard to the production.After the inner wall of dying tank is corroded,the surface is uneven or there are spots,which is easy to cause the silk hook of brocade/ammonia ultrafine fabric,causing losses to the production,so printing and dyeing enterprises demand to replace calcium chloride.The experiment of dyeing with calcium acetate instead of calcium chloride shows that the same mass concentration of calcium acetate could meet the requirements of high washing fastness and color.At the same time,it also overcomes the shortcomings of chloride ion in calcium chloride corroding dyeing vat,prolongs the service life of dyeing tank,and ensures product quality and production safety.
